The installed capacity id for about 50,000 trousers or 60000 Shirts per month. The entire focus of the factory is on producing Trousers and Shirts those are able to match the highest standards of workmanship, quality and appearance.
Facilities
We are equipped with a full complement of machines to be able to manufacture trousers and Shirts of the finest quality. We do all our making and grading on high quality standards. The sewing line primarily consists of JUKI Machines. There are Automatic Welting Machines from JUKI. Curtain Felling Machines from Highlead, Eyelet Buttonhole Machines from JUKI and Blind Loop Machines from DUKE. The pressing is entirely from Ramsons, including leggers, toppers and side seam presses.
WEAVING UNIT
Our weaving unit is equipped with 65 latest state of art Sulzer machines with a production capacity of 3.8 Million meters per annum.Company believes in quality, Emphasizes on quality control a department which follows all International norms like 4 point Gradation systems and also using Echo friendly yarns.
Processing and finishing work is done with our cooperated group companies which are ISO certified providing K.D FINISH, SUPER FINISH & W/R FINISH.
